How can I receive them?
If you own an Android phone, it is possible that the Hilo app is in sleep mode, in which case you won’t receive the notifications.
Check the following points to receive the notifications.
The Hilo app notifications are activated:
Make sure the notifications are Allowed
Make sure the Hilo app is not in sleep mode:

Access the telephone settings

Select Battery and device care*

Select Battery, then Background usage limits*

Verify that the Hilo app is not part of the Sleeping apps or Deep sleeping apps lists

Make sure it is in the Never sleeping apps list
